Nicola Sladden
Nicola is currently the Banking Ombudsman & Chief Executive – New Zealand Banking Ombudsman Scheme and is an executive member of the Australia and New Zealand Ombudsman Association (ANZOA). Nicola has worked with the World Bank in a range of jurisdictions as a senior consultant in alternative dispute resolution.
