With over 11 years of experience in the financial and payment services market, Fadwa Jouali is currently responsible for the FinTech and Payments Development unit at the Central Bank of Morocco. Fadwa spent 4 years as a market risk analyst at Société Générale France then at the Casablanca Stock Exchange, before joining Bank Al Maghrib, 7 years ago, where she carried out various missions within the department in responsible for monitoring systems and means of payment and financial inclusion. She graduated from Néoma Business School-France -Financial Market Major- and ISCAE-Maroc – Business Finance-. Some of its achievements, participation in the implementation of the national mobile payment solution and the development of its regulatory framework, the development of circulars and regulatory texts relating to payment institutions, contribution to the approval process of payment institutions, as well as the contribution to the operationalization of the card and mobile switch.
