Jeffrey Allen

Jeff Allen is a consultant in the World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness & Innovation Global Practice, where he focuses on financial inclusion. Recently, he has been closely involved in the Financial Inclusion Global Initiative’s work on electronic payment acceptance. Prior to the World Bank, Jeff worked at Promontory Financial Group, the U.S. Treasury Department, and the Conference of State Bank Supervisors. He holds a PhD from Johns Hopkins University.
